My Spring Threads collection has been a beautiful from my inked trees and Herstory pieces. In my Herstory collection, I am working on creating layers in different ways. One of which is having thread speak my truth. Spring Threads started life as an idea for a layer of one Herstory pieces. Then it evolved into an exploration using thread to add a pop of color to my inked trees thereby highlighting the beauty of spring and nature’s reawakening.
